Pre-bookings have been made at the Radisson Blu Hotel and at three other hotels not far from the venue:
1. Radisson Blu (the CIML meeting venue)
Address: Marseiller Str. 2, 20355 Hamburg
A block of 70 rooms has been pre-booked from 06–13 October 2018 at a rate of
- 145 EUR for a single room and
- 165 EUR for a double room.
This rate includes VAT, service charge, use of the fitness area/sauna and free WIFI. Every room has the possibility to make coffee/tea.
Breakfast is NOT included and will be charged at 26 EUR per person.

A credit card must be provided to guarantee your booking.
Please note that rooms can only be booked at this special rate until 24 August 2018. Booked rooms can be cancelled free of charge only until 24 August 2018, after which date there will be a penalty fee of 90 % of the rate charged.
2. Hotel Vorbach (walking distance 9 min or 750 m to the Radisson Blu)

A block of 10 rooms has been pre-booked from 06–13 October 2018 and 15 rooms from 07–13 October 2018 at a rate of
- 110 EUR for a single room and

155 EUR for a double room.
This rate includes breakfast, VAT, service charge and free WIFI.

3. IntercityHotel (walking distance 5 min or 500 m from the Radisson Blu)

A block of 30 rooms has been pre-booked from 07–13 October 2018 at a rate of
- 149 EUR for a single room and
- 169 EUR for a double room.
This rate includes breakfast, VAT, service charge, free WIFI and free use of public transport in Hamburg.

4. Scandic Hotel (walking distance 15 min or 1 km from the Radisson Blu)

A block of 30 rooms has been pre-booked from 07–12 October 2018 at a rate of
134 EUR for a single room and
156 EUR for a double room.
This rate includes breakfast, VAT and free WIFI.

Please note that rooms can only be booked at this special rate until 15 July 2018. Booked rooms can be cancelled free of charge only until 14 days prior to arrival, after which date a penalty fee of 90 % of the total price will be charged.
5. Others
There are several other hotels close to the Radisson Blu Hotel, but special rates have not been negotiated. Hotel standards in the center of Hamburg are generally high and only vary in detail (including/excluding breakfast, wifi, etc.) and price. While making your choice, however, please bear in mind that we will not be able to provide a shuttle service to the Radisson Blu Hotel and you will therefore have to walk or use public transportation. Possible options close-by are:
