  Registration

The Registration Desk will be open outside the main meeting room in the Radisson Blu Hotel on:

  • Sunday 07 October from 16:00 to 19:00

  • Monday 08 October from 08:00 to 14:30
    (Seminar ONLY)
  • Monday 08 October from 15:00 to 17:30

  • Tuesday 09 October from 08:00 to 17:30

  Meals and breaks

Meal arrangements are as follows:

  • Morning refreshments will be served on Tuesday through Friday;
  • Lunch will be served on Monday through Friday;
  • Afternoon refreshments will be served on Monday through Wednesday.

  Group photograph

The group photograph will be taken on Wednesday 10 October before lunch.
